Before you watch Lance Armstrong on Oprah, watch these

by Toby Manhire / 15 January, 2013
As cyclist Lance Armstrong is reported to have emotionally confessed to doping on the Oprah programme, these video clips are worth revisiting.
"Why people would lie and tell stories? Some of them, obviously, were paid, some of them had other motives, that's clear. But again, I've got to reinforce ... we've instigated a lot of action here. Every accusation that's come, every case that's come, we've sued people ...

"Nobody believes in doping controls more than me ...

"I'm telling you, the proof is in the pudding - the pudding's not a bunch of people that are bitter and angry. The proof is the results - not just the race results, but the drug testing results, the investigations, the inquiries, the court cases - haven't lost one of them."
