Marketing guru Mark Ritson reveals what marketers need to know in 2020

 

Mark Ritson is an internationally renowned marketing academic who through his years of study and working with some of the biggest businesses in the world has refined what he think works, and more importantly what doesn’t, when it comes to marketing and advertising.  

On his recent visit to New Zealand to present his new research on the ‘big lessons of effectiveness’, we got a rare chance to sit down with Mark and ask him what should marketers from across our industry be thinking and questioning in 2020 and beyond.
